Lead teams within Global Quality that includes process standardization, QMS, analytics, training and operational excellence. You will lead teams that will develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures. You will ensure that quality is maintained in all factors involved in production. You will be accountable for building up the functional excellence to support business objectives. Manage and drive the team in delivering right and fast quality control solutions for Resideo while maintaining integrity and compliance. Grow and develop the team's knowledge and skills through coaching and guidance. Drive continuous improvement and lead change within the Quality organization and Resideo Operating System.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Serve as a Project Leader for global initiatives within the Quality Organization including Quality Management System, Best Practices & Process Standardization.
  • Lead teams to develop & standardize processes, training, metrics, standards, operational excellence, and analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on building the voice of quality into the process early to go from reactive to proactive quality.
  • Share internal/external best practices and develop quality roadmaps to help drive quality transformation strategy for our company.
  • Maintain the Quality Projects Roadmap and lead project planning activities.
  • Participate in critical Supplier Quality activities including NPI as needed.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership & facilitate change management.
  • Coach and mentor regional team leads as needed.

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • At least 8-10 years of relevant work experience in Quality Management roles (e.g., QMS, Supplier Quality, Product Quality, APQP, Engineering or related field).
  • Be a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and influencer.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to create presentations and interact with cross-functional leaders.
  • Excellent verbal/written English communication.
  • A valid passport/VISA and the ability to travel both domestically & internationally.
  • Solid understanding of Quality improvement principles, RCCA, and Six Sigma.
