Medismart.live is a fast-growing digital health and wellness startup on a mission to impact 100 million Latin Americans in the next 6 years. We aim to lead the digital health space for Spanish-speaking communities, becoming the preferred platform for users, doctors, and healthcare providers.

Who We're Looking For

We need an experienced Business Development Manager with strong B2B sales experience—ideally in the insurance, brokers, HR benefits, or healthtech sectors. This is not an entry-level role, but we also don't require a fully senior executive.

  1. Strategic mindset – able to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  2. Relationship builder – strong experience managing corporate accounts & partnerships.
  3. Hunter mentality – proactive in generating and closing new business.
  4. Negotiator – skilled in structuring high-impact deals.
  5. Industry knowledge – familiarity with insurance, brokers, HR benefits, or healthtech.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Market Analysis & Opportunity Identification – Understand trends, competition, and expansion potential.
  2. B2B Sales & Relationship Management – Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Strategic Negotiations – Close high-value deals and partnerships that align with our growth strategy.
  4. Expansion & Business Development – Drive market penetration and service diversification.
  5. Pipeline & CRM Management – Keep an active deal flow, using CRM tools to track and optimize sales efforts.

What You Need to Apply

  1. 5+ years of experience in B2B sales & business development.
  2. Proven success in closing corporate deals, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
  3. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking methodologies.
  4. Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
