Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in Postman API testing, SFDC Testing, and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies and tools with a preference for those with experience in the Hi-Tech domain. This hybrid role requires excellent English communication skills and offers a day shift schedule with no travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for various projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases for API testing using Postman.
  • Provide expertise in SFDC Testing to validate the functionality and performance of Salesforce applications.
  • Utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and delivery ensuring seamless testing processes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough regression testing to ensure system stability after changes.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency.
  • Monitor and report on test progress providing detailed documentation of test results.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing.
  • Mentor and guide junior testers fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide testing insights.
  • Contribute to the overall improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Support the team in achieving project milestones and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Postman for API testing.
  • Have a solid background in SFDC Testing.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in using Azure DevOps for testing and CI/CD processes.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Show experience in the Hi-Tech domain is a plus.
  • Communicate effectively in English both spoken and written.
  • Display the ability to work in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision.

Certifications Required

  • Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL)
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
