As a Business Development and Sales Specialist at our national medical supplies company, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, re-engaging past contacts, and driving growth through digital and traditional sales strategies. The RoleWhat You'll Be DoingBuilding and Growing Client Relationships- Develop new B2B leads and strengthen relationships with existing clients, including government personnel and procurement departments.
- Utilize our integrated CRM and ERP tools to track interactions and follow up with potential customers efficiently.
- Reconnect with previous clients, identify opportunities, and ensure they stay engaged with our products.
- Design and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns that attract and convert leads.
- Manage the company's social media presence and create compelling digital catalogs to showcase our products.
- Oversee live chat interactions on our website, assisting potential customers with quotes, product alternatives, and order inquiries to maximize conversions.
- Attend national industry shows to represent our brand, build partnerships, and drive new business opportunities.
- Handle all aspects of sales promotions, ensuring our company stands out in a competitive market.
- Work independently to identify new business opportunities, strategize, and take ownership of key sales initiatives.
- Proven Sales Expertise – Experience in B2B sales and business development, ideally in a medical supplies or related industry.
- CRM & Digital Sales Proficiency – Strong familiarity with CRM tools and a data-driven approach to managing sales.
- Innovative Marketing Mindset – Ability to develop and execute creative marketing strategies that generate leads and enhance client engagement.
- Outstanding Communication & Negotiation Skills – Confident in re-engaging past clients and forging new relationships with decision-makers.
- Self-Starter & Independent Worker – Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision while leading high-impact sales initiatives.
