**Job Description:**

The Sales and Business Development Specialist will define and execute the distributor channel development plan for the assigned region. The goal is to establish and maintain healthy and productive business relationships with customers, opening new distribution channels, and maximizing the potential of current distributors and wholesalers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Detecting areas of opportunity related to inventory control, shrinkage, product displacement, low visibility, product returns, and disadvantages compared to the competition.
  • Implementing actions to ensure solutions and business growth in Traditional Trade.

Additionally, the role involves:

  • Maintaining control of inventory at each customer's site to avoid over-inventory and stockouts.
  • Ensuring distributors and wholesalers have updated information on company prices and commercial plans loaded into their purchasing and sales computer systems.
  • Detecting new markets where Energizer products can be marketed or profitable business relationships can be established.
  • Ensuring expeditious delivery of products to customers and resolving logistics deviations promptly.
  • Training distributors' and wholesalers' sales forces to contribute to sell-in and sell-out efforts.
  • Supervising sales force performance to apply commercial plans as planned.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or similar fields. Relevant experience in sales, brand management, and promotion is required. Proficiency in Nielsen/ IScam knowledge, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and financial knowledge is necessary.
