¿Qué harás?

Ofertar los servicios de Johnson Controls a nivel gerencial, dirección e incluso propietarios, proporcionando soluciones de servicios técnicos y operativos avanzados, atiende a clientes existentes así mismo es encargado de hacer crecer la base actual. por medio de pólizas de servicio, venta de refacciones y servicios correctivos en Controles HVAC .

¿Cómo lo harás?
  • Desarrollar y prospectar clientes del Mercado de Controles HVAC
  • Cotizar servicios de mantenimiento a usuarios finales del sector corporativo e industrial.
  • Gestionar información documental para licitaciones de mantenimiento con clientes gobierno.
  • Cotizar refacciones, mantenimientos preventivos y correctivos.
  • Realizar de manera disciplinada la prospección mensual de ventas.
  • Atender y dar seguimiento a las órdenes generadas por los clientes.
  • Mantener la base de clientes actual.
  • Hacer crecer la base de contratos de mantenimiento en la zona.
  • Cubrir al 100% su plan de ventas.
  • Prospectar y consolidar como mínimo 3 clientes nuevos al mes.
  • Alta disciplina para registros de oportunidades y seguimiento-
  • Enfoque a clientes o cuentas estratégicas.
  • Cumplir al 100% con las normas y procedimientos de JCI.

¿Qué buscamos?
Indispensable:

  • Carrera Universitaria (Ingeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica e industrial o a fin)
  • Alta habilidad y gusto por las ventas
  • Excelente facilidad de palabra y Excelente comunicación
  • Dos a tres años de experiencia en ventas industriales
  • Alto enfoque a resultados
  • Asegura el cumplimiento y aplicación de las normas de seguridad en las actividades realizadas
  • Disponibilidad de viajar.
  • Proactivo
  • Ingles intermedio.

  • Experiencia en venta de sistemas y equipos de Controles HVAC
