We are looking for a Sr Analyst - Technology Spend Management (TSM).What you will do:Johnson Controls is a global diversified technology and multi-industrial leader serving a wide range of customers in more than 150 countries. Our 105,000 employees create intelligent buildings, efficient energy solutions, integrated infrastructure, and next-generation transportation systems that work seamlessly together to deliver on the promise of smart cities and communities.The Technology Spend Management (TSM) team supports the Johnson Controls’ IT spend and contract management process and tool, and provides related services, including contingent resource management and purchasing order creation. The TSM team also plays a vital role in preserving IT spend records, facilitating IT spend analysis, and managing IT vendor relationship.How you will do it:The role demands flexibility, attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently, project management capabilities, analytical skills, and effective meeting facilitation. A customer-focused mindset and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment are important.Contract review, ability to coordinate incoming contracts for review and triageEnsuring SLA’s are meet for TSM requests and PR submissionsAbility to maintain positive relationships and partnerships with IT vendors and customersCoordinate all tasks inclusive of working with external vendors and internal employeesManage the technology spend management process upon requests, involving key stakeholders to ensure global integration and alignment with business objectives. Communicate the process globally and regionallyEstablish new processes around spend management, contract management, vendor analysis, vendor/contractor selection and vendor/contractor transitionWhat we look for:Bachelor’s Degree with Finance or Procurement discipline or equivalent experiencePreferred experience working within the Johnson Controls (JCI) framework, and various purchase ordering systemsWorking experience with procurement related processesExperience of working in medium to large-sized businesses in a global capacityMulti-language capabilities. English is a mustTrack record of customer focus, based on openness, trust, and delivering on promisesWillingness to roll up sleeves to get things done in a fast-paced multi-tasked environmentDemonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers and consultants at all levels of the organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with minimum supervisionStrong analytical and project prioritization skills for effective workload managementWhat do we offer?
