**Responsibilities**
- Supervising the Revenue Cycle Department functions including collections, cash posting and billing.
- Overseeing the hiring and training of staff.
- Efficiently managing patient complaints in respect of billing and collections.
- Planning and structuring the department workflow and staffing.
- Managing the billing cycle to ensure all claims are billed accurately and on time
- Develop SOP's and develop and oversee the training program
- Collaborate with the US based counterpart
- Additional duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- College degree in finance, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish required.
- Five years as Team Lead/Supervisor who oversaw KPI's and improved automations workflow.
- Process improvement experience required (Lean & Six-Sigma)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
