Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Project Manager the Process Engineer role involve is responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a manufacturing organization.
What a typical day looks like:

- Define, Implement and evaluate the sheet metal manufacturing process, technologies, techniques, and the product
- Prepare justification, purchase, and implement capital equipment for production.
- Support the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Establish robust, repeatable, and reproducible process parameters
- Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies.
- Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
- Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
- Implement safety, productivity, and yield improvements.
- Improve manufacturing techniques and throughput.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Review processing methods.
- Interface with the production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer.
- Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer.
The experience we're looking to add to our team:

- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Related Mid or Sr experienced sheet metal/ NPI or similar position.
- Fluent English.
- Information management.
- MS Office - Excel usage.
- DFM analysis development.
- Feasibility analysis.
- 3D models development using Solidworks, Creo, Autocad or similar.
- CNC programming software experience
- Turret punch machine experience (Amada, Trumpf or similar).
- PFMEA with sheet metal focus.
