TE Connectivity's Administrative Support Teams are responsible for office administration and daily clerical duties including basic schedule planning, travel arrangements, documentation, and file maintenance.
Other responsibilities include scheduling conferences/meeting rooms and responding to general inquiries.
They create and maintain office documentation and files and review drafts and finished internal/external communication documents.
**What your background should look like**:

- Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Business/Administration).
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (B2), additional language skills a plus.
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours with advance notice to support various time-zones.
- Experience or exposure to procurement processes/systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail coupled with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Office 360 (i.e.
PPT, Excel, TEAMS, and SharePoint).
- Customer centricity and demonstrated success working in a cross-cultural environment.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills, creative and willing to take work independently.
