Position Summary: A key influencer of Regal Rexnord's short and long-term success depends on the ability to have the right equipment and processes to drive high quality, successful products.
We have a unique opportunity for an amazing Electronics Manufacturing professional to engage and support our strategic suppliers and key components.
This individual will have responsibility within the Climate business segment for owning the end-end manufacturing of our electronics controls.
This includes collaborating with the NPD, Technology and Sourcing teams to maintain, identify and qualify suppliers, materials used, and processes.
The role will report up through engineering to the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager.
Major Responsibilities:
Electronics Manufacturing Engineer for Climate Solutions NPD Group
- Own electronic control product manufacturing including; material used, equipment, processes,

implementation, product quality and timelines in order to achieve Climate Solutions objectives.
- Successfully contributes to resolution of problems in manufacturing lines or improvements of processes, including the

following activities: process capability studies, process development, report preparation and process/test

documentation.
- Performs equipment qualification, process validation, and test method validation activities
- Supports the Designs, procurement, and fabrication of equipment tooling and fixtures.
- Prepares standard reports/documents to communicate results to the technical community.
- Trains and/or provides work direction to operators/technicians/engineering design team.
- Develop concepts for high volume production equipment and optimize equipment safety, cost, capacity, volumetric

efficiency, and delivery time
- Lead commissioning, deployment and ramp of production equipment
- Provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) input to design team for process and yield improvements
- Ensure Regal Rexnord guidelines are met for design, CTQ CPKs, PPAP, 8Ds and other supplier metrics
- Support New Product development team by overseeing and executing delivery of the Climate new product development

electronics at suppliers.
- Travel to Manufacturing and Supplier locations will be required.
Required Education / Experience / Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience (EET, EE, Manufacturing, Industrial, Quality engineer degree
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience (electronics, technical project leadership, new product launch,

manufacturing/quality engineering)
- 5+ years manufacturing or supplier development experience
- Demonstrated organization skills and working knowledge of electronic control manufacturing
- Ability to navigate and lead change with a suppliers
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Individual must be proactive, high energy and have strong problem solving skills
- Experience implementing manufacturing - Meeting design, cost, and timing commitments.
- Experience with communicating to suppliers on technical and project related items
- Experience with SMT, PTH and Integration of Electronics

Travel: Domestic and International travel is required for this position.
(Typically 25%, up to periodic 50% may be needed)

Language: Fluency in English is required.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Desired Qualifications:

- Green Belt certified
- 10+ years electronics manufacturing experience
- Advanced (automation) manufacturing experience
- Electronics Environmental Coating and Sealing Experience
- Electronics Manufacturing Equipment Specification and Selection Experience
- Electric motor, variable frequency drive and ECM product knowledge
- Strong electrical, mechanical and/or electromagnetic aptitude
- HVAC experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office or similar word processing software.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish)
