Los equipos de ingeniería de desarrollo de procesos y fabricación de TE Connectivity tienen un impacto significativo en los proyectos de desarrollo de nuevos productos impulsados por LEANPD, impulsando la excelencia en las tecnologías y métodos de fabricación existentes y esforzándose por implementar nuevas tecnologías de fabricación para proporcionar un mejor control de procesos y tolerancias.
Actúan como elemento vinculante entre el desarrollo de productos y la ingeniería de fabricación, asegurando la eficacia y eficiencia de esta interfaz crítica.
Apoyan el desarrollo de productos en la optimización de diseños y piezas para la capacidad de fabricación mediante la realización de herramientas/productos/prototipos de muestra.
También diseñan, desarrollan y califican herramientas y procesos para cumplir con los estándares de calidad y producción de TE, documentan todos los procesos y herramientas en los sistemas TE aplicables, respaldan la cadena de suministro para verificar el cumplimiento y la capacidad del proveedor, inician e implementan programas para mejorar continuamente la calidad, el costo y tiempo de ciclo y cumplir con todas las especificaciones apropiadas, requisitos reglamentarios y requisitos del cliente.

**Responsabilidades y autoridad**:

- Responsable de la elaboración y mantenimiento de PFMEAS en conjunto con el equipo multidisciplinario.
- Responsable de la elaboración y actualización de Hojas de Set - up.
- Responsable de la planeación, desarrollo y mantenimiento de Procesos de Manufactura (estudios de tiempos, balanceo de líneas, ergonomía, layouts).
- Responsable de la implementación y seguimiento de Cambios de Ingeniería en el proceso.
- Responsable de la participación en los Programas de Mejoramiento Continuo de la Planta.
- Responsable de administrar personal de soporte para el Departamento.
- Responsable de la búsqueda constante para hacer más esbelto los procesos de manufactura.
- Responsable de mejorar técnicas en equipo y herramientas de producción
- Responsable de analizar estándares de producción.
- Responsable de la actualización en técnicas de manufactura.
- Resuelve problemas bajo supervisión utilizando metodología de análisis de problemas

**Requerimientos**:

- Ing.
Industrial / Mecatrónica / Manufactura
- +2 años de experiência preferente como ingeniero

**Conocimientos Específicos y habilidades**:

- Software de dibujo, paquetes computacionales.
Estudios de tiempos y movimientos/procesos.
- Manejo de paquetería office.
- Manejo de PowerBI
- Conocimiento en metodología de solución de problemas.
- Ejercer liderazgo efectivo.
- Realización de proyectos.
- Lectura de reportes especializados (jornadas científicas y técnicas, legales)
- Conocimiento de lectura de planos
- Conocimiento avanzado de Instrumentos de medición (vernier, micrómetro, etc.)
- Creación y análisis de caso de negocios.
- Inglés intermedio
- Conocimientos aplicables al puesto en IATF 16949 e ISO 14001
- Conocimiento del reglamento de seguridad y sistema de gestión ambiental que aplica a la compañía.
