THE ROLE:
**Position Description**
Responsible for Support, Configure, Design, Develop, Implement and Maintain Data Analytics' dashboards & data flows.
Assist and provide support to Manufacturing areas to adopt and upgrade Corporate dashboards & data flows.
Interacts with Plant Floor Systems to ensure consistency & accuracy of extracted and displayed data
Clean, maintain and verify system components, to ensure correct & timely data flow
Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques
Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
Acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintaining databases

YOUR IMPACT:
Develop descriptive and predictive Dashbords that help simplify manufacturing processes (FPS), help in continuous improvement and take better actions and decisions in real time in the organization.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, programming
Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
Positive and effective interaction and negotiation skills with co-workers, customers and suppliers.
Excellent communication skills with co-workers and management.
**Education & Knowledge**
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
Knowledge of Minitab, Alteryx & QlikView is very desirable

Proficiency with Microsoft Tools, especially_ _**office 365**_,_ Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Visio
Programming experience on one more technologies - XML, Javascript, Visual Basic
Proficiency on the English Language: Read/Write/Understanding.
Proficiency to maintain oral conversations.
Have strong interpersonal skills demonstrating maturity and professionalism in all situations.
**Other Information**

Position requires the ability to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends.
Position requires monthly shift rotation to fit 24hr schedule, and 3 shifts of production, Mon-Sat.
Differed shifts will be REQUIRED to work Saturday and Sunday, with Thursdays off.
