**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting The Company in managing and building relationships with clients.
- Providing support to clients by answering their queries, resolving their issues and providing guidance on our Service Status
- Collecting, analyzing and summarizing data related to client accounts and our services to help the team make informed decisions.
- Assisting our operations team in preparing reports, presentations and proposals for clients.
- Coordinating with other teams such as marketing, operations, compliance and Sales to ensure smooth and continuous client experience.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and client results from our services and operations.
- In addition to the aforementioned responsibilities, the Manager of Professional Services may be required to perform other duties and tasks as assigned by their supervisor or upper management.
