At Te Connectivity, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Account Manager to drive strategic account growth and customer satisfaction. This is an exceptional opportunity to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our business.

Job Description:

The Senior Technical Account Manager will be responsible for developing and executing customer strategic account growth plans that align with our business strategy and product roadmap. The primary goal is to ensure revenue growth, account penetration, and customer satisfaction of assigned accounts.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs. They will work closely with internal groups, including Field Engineering, Engineering, and Product Management, to develop and communicate strategic account plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining ongoing direct contact with key Engineering stakeholders in the customer
  • Entering and coordinating Salesforce opportunities with the Account Manager
  • Providing regular updates on VOC and technical information to customers

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
