TE Connectivity's Quality and Reliability Engineering Teams analyze the ability of product and production systems to comply with customer and contractual requirements through established reliability factors.
They design, recommend revisions and install quality control systems, develop and document analytical methods for establishing reliability of products and their components and conduct analysis on relative reliability with regards to cost, structure, weight, maintainability, facility of production, and availability of materials and equipment.
Out teams develop, implement and monitor company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health and safety regulations and recommend corrective actions if necessary.
They are responsible for policies and practices to comply with applicable government regulations and industry requirements related to product environmental compliance, the implementation and management of technical and testing standards and specifications, quality control and reliability programs governing materials, product and processes, resulting in the optimization of material and labor, as well as failure analysis, root cause, corrective action and customer communication.

**Experiência Profesional**:
1-3 años de experiência en la Industria de manufactura, Automotriz preferentemente.
Experiência en la Lectura e Interpretación de Planos y estándares técnicos.
Experiência en validación de procesos de manufactura dentro del departamento de calidad.
**Objetivo principal**:
Aplicar las habilidades y conocimiento adquirido para asegurar el seguimiento a los procesos y procedimientos en todas las áreas de producción haciendo uso de habilidades y juicio independiente para la identificación, solución y desarrollo de los requerimientos existentes y nuevos dentro de la organización.
Participar de forma activa en la resolución condiciones reportados por clientes externos a su área de trabajo.
**Tareas, responsabilidades y autoridad**:
- Participa activamente en las en el desarrollo de los resultados obtenidos dentro de las Auditorias de producto o proceso según aplique.
(QIP, LPA, BBS, Internas, Externas, 5S) cuando es requerido
- Participa activamente en el desarrollo de los estándares de 5S's en su área de trabajo cuando es requerido
- Participa activamente en el desarrollo del trabajo estandarizado dentro de las áreas de trabajo según aplique (IT's) cuando es requerido
- Participa activamente en el seguimiento a la Resolución de problemas (PPS (8D), SPS) cuando es requerido
- Participa activamente en el seguimiento a la matriz de respuesta rápida cuando es requerido
- Sigue y llena correctamente las actividades definidas en los Planes de reacción (Contenciones, Reinicio, Sistema de escalación) según aplique.
- Participa activamente en las en el desarrollo las actividades derivadas de las Normas, Requisitos específicos o Reglamentos aplicables cuando es requerido
- Participa en del desarrollo de los Análisis de riesgos AIAG (PFMEA / CP / QIP) según aplique.
- Participa en del desarrollo de los procesos definidos para Manejo de material (WIP, Raw material, No conforme, Intervenciones)
- Participa activamente en el desarrollo de los procesos de Validación (MSA, GR&R, Piezas de validación)
- Participa activamente en el desarrollo de los procesos definidos para Andon y paros de línea cuando es requerido
- Participa activamente en el desarrollo de los procedimientos definidos para el control de Parámetros de proceso cuando es requerido
- Usa la información recolectada para analizar y resolver reportes internos o externos a su área de trabajo.
- Contribuye al desarrollo de procesos y procedimientos para mejorar el cumplimiento a los requerimientos específicos
- Contribuye en los entrenamientos y seguimiento a los mismos actuando como facilitador para otros según aplique
- Identifica necesidades e implicaciones del trabajo realizado y provee soluciones adaptando la información obtenida.
- Es responsable del correcto seguimiento a las actividades asignadas
- Tiene la autoridad de detener los procesos cuando exista un riesgo para la calidad, seguridad o regulaciones gubernamentales o con impacto al medio ambiente.
