Payroll & Benefits Specialist - Payroll

**Job Description Summary**:
As part of this role, will be responsible for statutory local payments, operating forecasts/reviews based on calendars, printing checks, ensure 100% of payroll deliverables are provided in an accurate manner based on calendars, support payroll audits, analyze payroll accounting data, across Latin American countries (Mexico & CALA).
Additionally, they will work closely with Treasury Team to guarantee cash availability for payroll disbursements.
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in related area (HR, accountant or business administration preferred).
- Fluency in English,
- 3-5 years process experience in Payroll.
- Solid understanding of local statutory payroll and benefits rules.
- Demonstrated organization and analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated project ownership and accountability.
- General knowledge of principles and practices within human resources and benefits administration, accounting reconciliation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
- High Customer Service orientation and Continuous Improvement orientation.
