Your Responsibilities: Assist with daily operations and reporting.
Support call center staff with administrative tasks.
Monitor performance metrics and ensure quality standards.
? Help manage schedules, training materials, and internal communication.
Work closely with leadership to improve efficiency.
Requirements: What We're Looking For: ? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Good communication (Spanish & English preferred).
? Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM, call center tools).
? Problem-solving mindset & attention to detail.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Location: HOME OFFICE - Work from anywhere in Mexico
Schedule: Full-time, flexible shifts available- Monday through Friday
