**ROLE SUMMARY**

**ACCOUNTABILITIES**

As a Customer Service Representative
- Handle escalated calls
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
**EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL**

**Experience Required**
- Must have 2 + years of inbound and Outbound Consumer service experience OR 1 year of healthcare Customer Service experience.
- Recommendation letters from 2 previous works.
- Advanced English Level - C1

**Technical / Functional Skills Required**
- Must be computer literate/basic keyboard knowledge, fast typing skills, have a basic understanding of using webpages and internet systems /
- Have at least 50mbps internet speed and stable internet.
- Must be able to work from home without any distractions.
- Must have strong punctuality habits.
