Job DescriptionAs a Remote Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for obtaining case information and processing requests.
You will actively cross-sell products and services to clients by seeking opportunities to maximize cases.
- Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and emails from law firms, surgical facilities, hospitals, and doctors regarding funding processes, surgeries.
You will prepare files to submit to the Account Management team for review, maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and case information.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will ensure accurate record keeping and notating of clients' personal details and medical histories before clients are transferred.
Provide compassionate support and guidance to clients throughout the intake process, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you must have Intake Specialist experience, preferably in the personal injury space.
You should be detail-oriented, very organized, and possess a strong multitasking ability.
An energetic and reliable individual who can thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven organization is required.
- Must speak fluent English and Spanish (C1, C2, or C3).
- Must have a high-speed internet connection at your home (80 Mbps).
- Up-to-date laptop with at least 8GB RAM.
- You must have a working computer system. Two computer monitors are a plus.
$7.00 - $8.50 USD / Hour DOE
