Role at a Glance: We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic fintech startup, dedicated to decentralizing the financial ecosystem and driving innovation.
In this role, you'll do more than just hire – you'll be a sponsor of our culture, ensuring we bring in the right people who align with our values and help us grow.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Fintech and SaaS landscapes, a passion for emerging technologies, and a proven ability to attract and hire top technical talent in fast-paced, competitive markets.
Responsibilities: Drive the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including software engineers, blockchain developers, data scientists, and other specialized positions.Collaborate with leadership and People team to align recruitment strategies with long-term company growth and workforce planning.Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent, leveraging platforms such as GitHub, LinkedIn, Stack Overflow, and blockchain communities.Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and company culture to find the best fit for each role.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market insights, and competitive practices to inform recruitment strategies.Contribute to the company's employer brand by attending industry events, networking with potential candidates, and promoting the company's mission and culture.Leverage recruitment tools and ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines effectively and ensure a seamless process.Utilize data to track and report on recruiting metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in recruitment processes.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or related field.4+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably internal fintech or blockchain.Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and decentralized finance preferred.Strong track record of sourcing diverse candidates.Experience using ATS preferred.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and natural ability to establish trust and credibility.Results-driven and metrics-oriented.Resourceful and able to proactively anticipate needs and provide solutions.Self-starter, comfortable with a rapidly changing office environment.Exceptional sourcing and candidate engagement skills.Excellent English communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Some Perks: Enjoy generous PTO and sick leave, because we believe in balance.Fuel your days with free snacks and paid lunches in the office.We've got your health covered with Major Medical Health Insurance.Stay nourished with food vouchers and plan for your future with savings funds.Unlock stock options and own a piece of our successWork with the best tools and equipment, setting you up to thrive.And the best part?
