The Digital organization drives this at Arrow by creating scalable, innovative, value-creating digital strategies, capabilities, and operations for the Global Components business.The Marketing Operations Leader is responsible for leading our web and email operations team, ensuring the effective execution of marketing campaigns and digital experiences across key platforms. This strategic role will oversee the implementation of email campaigns using tools such as Eloqua, Salesforce, and Marketo, while also guiding web development using Sitecore and Adobe Experience. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in marketing platforms, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into operational excellence. They will be accountable for team KPIs and specific email marketing performance metrics.If you're passionate about streamlining marketing operations, optimizing campaign execution, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional digital experiences, this is the role for youKey Responsibilities:Strategic LeadershipDevelop and implement comprehensive strategies for web and email operations that align with broader marketing and business objectivesLead a team that automates and measures marketing engagement, tasks and workflows across digital channelsSet clear objectives and KPIs for email marketing campaigns and web experiences, with accountability for resultsProvide mentorship and professional development to team members to build capabilities in marketing automation and web developmentFoster cross-functional collaboration with marketing, design, content, and IT teamsEnsure operational efficiency and scale across marketing campaigns and digital propertiesLead strategic planning for platform optimizations, upgrades, and integration projectsGuide roadmap development for marketing technology architecture and implementationTechnical ExcellenceOversee the implementation of marketing automation solutions including account-based marketing, email automation, and personalization for the webPlan, execute, and measure omnichannel campaigns — from batch email campaigns to automated nurture to advanced multi-step campaignsLead team in setting up and managing campaigns in marketing automation platforms such as Eloqua, Salesforce, and MarketoGuide the development of email dashboards and reporting capabilitiesOversee web page development and optimization using SiteCore and Adobe ExperienceEnsure processes are automated to make it easier to plan, coordinate, manage, and measure the results of marketing campaigns across channelsImplement best practices for campaign setup, audience segmentation, and testing methodologiesDrive technical documentation and implementation standardsEstablish governance processes and quality control for campaign executionWhat we are looking for8+ years of experience in marketing operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership positionExpertise in marketing automation platforms with experience in Eloqua, Marketo, or similar systemsStrong understanding of web and mobile technologies, design standards, and the product lifecycleProven experience with SiteCore, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar content management systemsDemonstrated ability to communicate effectively and persuasively, both verbally and in writingStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience managing and developing a team of marketing operations specialistsExperience with developing technical documentationUnderstanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to email development and web experiencesPreferred Qualifications:Relevant marketing platform certifications (Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce)Experience with API integrations between marketing platforms and CRM systemsExperience with Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with marketing data management and customer data platformsExperience developing mission-critical web and server applications in agile environmentExperience with A/B testing and optimization methodologiesKnowledge of marketing attribution models and analyticsWork Arrangement:Hybrid: 3 days in office/2 days work from homeWhat's In It For You:At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
