Purchasing Coordinator
**What will I be doing?**
As **Purchasing Coordinator**, you will oversee and manage the entire purchase process for various hotel departments, ensuring a seamless flow from order requests to supplier quotations, order confirmations, and maintaining accurate records. Your responsibilities include performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Oversee and receive purchase requisitions from various departments.
- Request pricing for goods from multiple suppliers.
- Review and analyze supplier quotations to ensure the best options are selected.
- Follow up on purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain direct communication with suppliers to resolve any issues.
- Assist in the preparation and sequencing of orders.
- Generate and review pre-set purchase orders, including market lists and others.
- Monitor daily reports for the receipt of goods.
- Report any discrepancies between the delivered goods and the requested items (including quantity, quality, and price).
- Keep updated files on suppliers, including alternative quotes for different products.

- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Teamwork skills.
- Good interpersonal relationships.
- Strong knowledge of computer skills, including Excel, Word, and purchasing management software.
- Proactive approach to meet deadlines and objectives.
