Desarrolla soluciones de Servicios Gestionados de TI, lidera equipos de entrega en talleres para clientes, coordina con múltiples partes interesadas en la jerarquía del cliente para involucrarse, comprender y articular los requisitos para crear una solución. Tiene experiência en una o más tecnologías de proveedores de Nube Pública, Espacio de Trabajo Digital y es capaz de integrar estas capacidades en soluciones de infraestructura y plataforma existentes o nuevas.
Como Arquitecto de Servicios Gestionados de TI, serás responsable de interactuar con clientes potenciales, comprender sus necesidades empresariales y diseñar soluciones de servicios gestionados personalizadas para satisfacer esas necesidades. Este rol requiere un profundo conocimiento de los servicios gestionados de TI, una fuerte experiência técnica y excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
**Serás responsable de**:
- Definir la Arquitectura de Servicios Gestionados de TI de extremo a extremo que atienda las necesidades y requisitos del cliente.
- Desarrollar e implementar soluciones arquitectónicas basadas en servicios gestionados de Nube o Espacio de Trabajo Digital cuando se te asigne trabajar en proyectos de entrega.
- Analizar los requisitos del cliente.
- Liderar equipos en talleres de descubrimiento y arquitectura, influir en los arquitectos y el personal de TI del cliente.
- Guiar a otros arquitectos que trabajen contigo en el equipo. Adaptar comunicaciones y enfoques para concluir discusiones técnicas de alcance con varios Socios, resultando en Acuerdos Comunes.
- Entregar un diseño optimizado de servicios de infraestructura aprovechando arquitecturas y servicios de Nube pública, privada e híbrida.
- Actuar como experto en la materia e implementación para el cliente en lo relacionado con la arquitectura técnica e implementación de la solución propuesta utilizando Servicios Gestionados de TI.
- Crear y desarrollar marcos de procesos, documentos, SOP’s, manuales, scripts/herramientas de automatización para Descubrimiento en la Nube, Migraciones y Transiciones de Servicios a la nube.
- Liderar iniciativas internas y externas para estandarizar, automatizar y desarrollar activos competitivos y aceleradores.
Que esperamos de tí:
**Esperamos que tengas de manera obligatoria**:
- Mínimo de 5 años de experiência en un rol de ingeniería de preventa o arquitecto de soluciones, preferiblemente en la industria de servicios gestionados.
**Habilidades técnicas requeridas**:
- Experiência en diseño, desarrollo y arquitectura en la nube.
- Experiência en modelado de servicios y servicios de mesa de ayuda.
- Capacidad para evaluar múltiples tipos de sistemas operativos (AIX, Linux, Windows, etc.) y bases de datos para desarrollar enfoques y soluciones de transformación.
- Haber trabajado en tareas de administración de la nube: crear grupos de recursos, cuentas de almacenamiento, etc.
- Certificaciones:
- ITIL
- Azure Solution Architect Expert / AWS Solution Architect Professional / GCP Professional
**Habilidades deseadas**:
- Pensador estratégico, capacidad para comprender nuevas tecnologías, innovar, desarrollar y fomentar nuevas soluciones.
- Experiência en la conducción de talleres de consultoría, creación de contenido de talleres en plazos cortos para ejecutivos de nível C.
- Demostrar liderazgo intelectual, crear buenos impactos en compromisos, gestionar el tiempo y demostrar flexibilidad adaptándose a situaciones.
- Capacidad para seguir procesos.
- Fuertes habilidades de documentación.
- Buenas habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales, con el cliente.
- Dominio avanzado del inglés: mínimo B2+.
