**Objetivo del Puesto**

Responsable de proporcionar el servicio técnico al cliente relacionado con la calidad del producto de arneses proporcionado por Draexlmaier en las instalaciones del audi.

**Actividades principales**
- Verificar puntos del turno anterior, revisar problemas detectados en la Línea de ensamble, verificar cambios de nível de revisión en el producto
- Realizar rondas en el área de producción y retrabajos de audi para conocer y cooperar en la solución de problemas
- Retroalimentar de los problemas encontrados con el cliente a través del área de Calidad para su seguimiento
- Informar de cualquier paro o desviación en el proceso de audi
- Asesorar al personal de ensamble del Cliente referente al montaje de nuestro producto
- Apoyar de actividades logísticas para asegurar secuencia de de programa de producción (PKN´s) Realizar reparaciones menores en el producto a solicitud del Cliente
