Role Overview

**We are looking for a Foreign Trade Assistant to be part of our team in Mexico with the main responsabilities**:

- Ensure the correct import and export process aligned with the commercial strategy, respecting legal requirements and guaranteeing the excellence of the operation in terms of costs and times
- Support in the administrative processes in conjunction with Accounts Payable and safeguarding of the physical and electronic file

**We count on you for**:

- Tracking of imports (including samples) and exports
- Import and export clearance times
- Orders created in SRM7
- Follow-up of claims placed
- Import and export costs

- Knowledge of various lines of business, direct interaction with different types of suppliers, learning international logistics

**You will bring**:

- Professional in Foreign Trade, Logistics, Intl Affairs or Business Relations
- Logistics knowledge
- Experience in handling chemicals
- English proficiency (advanced/fluent)
