REQUISITOS:

- Edad mínima 30 años
- Experiência de 1 año en puestos similares (casinos, empresas de servicio, atención a clientes)
- Bachillerato concluido
- Disponibilidad de rolar turnos ( matutino, vespertino, nocturno)

FUNCIONES:

- Dar la bienvenida al cliente informando sobre las promociones, productos y servicios que se prestan
- Asesorar, atender y explicar las dudas de los clientes con respecto a la sala
- Entrega y control de folios para las rifas y promociones de la sala
- Control del área de paquetería y Resguardo de los objetos extraviados en sala
- Recepción de quejas, felicitaciones y sugerencias
