Estamos buscando un **Customer Support**
**Objetivo principal**:Proveer servicio a nuestros clientes con base en los acuerdos comerciales definidos por los negocios y de acuerdo a la Política de Calidad y el mapeo de Proceso de Customer Support, además de administrar la estrategia de Comercio Electrónico y la de clientes, con base en los lineamientos y políticas tanto regionales como corporativas con el fin de garantizar nuestra permanencia en el mercado y contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos del Negocio
**.**
Principales tareas:
1- Implementar el proceso de Customer Support con base en las reglas de negocio y políticas de calidad para cubrir los requerimientos de entrega de los clientes e internamente con las áreas de servicio.
2- Asegurar la entrega de materiales a los diferentes clientes a través de la herramienta SAP de acuerdo al Mapeo de Proceso General, Ficha de proceso e instructivos del área.
3- Asegurar que los indicadores del Área se cumplan con un plan y seguimiento mensual.
4- Realizar y dar seguimiento a los procesos de: devoluciones de materiales, reporte de excepciones, notas de crédito/débito financieras, monitoreo de backorder, seguimiento y solución a No Conformidades, discrepancias en precios, etc. de acuerdo con las políticas vigentes para cubrir los requerimientos de clientes y áreas de soporte.
5- Dar seguimiento al proceso de cadena de suministro para asegurar la entrega de materiales a los diferentes clientes.
6- Solucionar cualquier contratiempo, así como problemas con los clientes con el fin de asegurar el cumplimiento al proceso y la entrega final de materiales utilizando las herramientas de nuestro sistema de calidad.
7- Recabar información de los clientes y proveedores de servicio por medio de visitas y contacto continuo para asegurar el cumplimiento a sus necesidades.
8- Generar acciones de mejora y propuestas para el área y/o Negocio por medio de la participación e implementación de proyectos
