**Position Summary**

Monitor and continually assess the quality of customer services. Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and service efficiency. Collaborate with internal teams to establish and maintain standard customer service procedures. Develop quality protocols and conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance.

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure quality assurance in production and line stoppages if customer requirements are not met.
- Manage timely responses without causing significant impacts to notifications of non-conforming products with customers.
- Provide support to the cross-functional team in root cause analysis and communicate progress to customers.
- Handle visits, requests, and charges from customers related to quality issues.
- Manage activities and expenses of technical representatives.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in quality management or customer service.
- Conversational english.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.
