**Analista de Shared Service Center**:

- Análisis de datos estadísticos, financieros, de costos y de planeación de HR y Finanzas
- Experiência de al menos 3 años en Análisis y seguimiento y reportes de datos, estadísticas, presupuestos, finanzas, indicadores, planeación.
- Conocimientos, habilidades y operaciones numéricas.
- Ingles avanzado y fluido (Oral y Escrito).
- Licenciatura en carreras como Administración, Finanzas, Contabilidad, Actuaria, Economía, Estadísticas.
- Ubicación de trabajo Sur CDMX (Barranca del Muerto e Insurgentes. Hibrido. 3-2 presencial-Home Office.
- Presta servicios a CFO en USA, HR en USA y CCS en México y Latam.
- Reporta a Head of Shared Service Center México NAR & LAR.

**Habilidades**:

- Generar y prestar servicios especializados y administrativos que favorezcan la organización y, sean relativos a "personas" o "cosas", conducir a la satisfacción del cliente interno y externo.
- Tener autocontrol cuando las cosas van mal y las personas se agitan o se ponen agresivas; estar preparado para escuchar lo que los demás dicen y sienten; tratar los conflictos adecuándose y usar el sentido práctico como método para alcanzar la solución.
- Ser coherente en la manera que emprende las tareas, creando procedimientos sensatos y prácticos que comprendan verificar la precisión y asegurarse de que se completen satisfactoriamente.
- Ser sistemático y lógico en el enfoque de la toma de decisiones, asegurándose de que toda la información y todos los hechos necesarios estén disponibles y sean precisos, y de que toda decisión tomada sea inteligente y esté ponderada cuidadosamente.
- Buscar errores, rectificar omisiones, perfeccionar sistemas y procedimientos que al final van a mejorar la calidad y los estándares de todas las tareas asumidas.
- Conocer a personas con facilidad y motivarlas a buscar oportunidades y alcanzar estándares elevados.
- Desarrollar confianza y estar dispuesto a tranquilizar relaciones, además de aconsejar y ayudar a las personas.
- No ser controversial al manejar o involucrarse en situaciones de conflicto. A fin de lograr estándares y cronogramas acordados y aceptables, adoptar una ética de trabajo pasiva y no exigente.
