**Responsibilities**

**Sales Fin Assoc Manager**

**Main purpose**

Lead the role of sales finance for Supermarket Customer´s with specific focus on volume, D&A, net revenue, contribution margin & selling expense deliverables in line with short/long-term company and channel strategies. Provide best in class sales reporting and ad-hoc analysis to the sales team that allow to identify risks and opportunities.

**Your Impact**

As the Sales Fin Assoc Manager your scope will consist of:

- P&L / Cost to serve / Profitability analyses and reporting.
- Planning processes (AOP, FCST, SDD).
- Commercial initiatives evaluation.
- Opex Productivity initiatives estimation, tracking and deployment.
- S&D and A&M commercial initiatives management.
- ROI, IRR, BEP calculation for new investments.
- Capex investment process lead.
- Contribute to the identification of risks and opportunities in the P&L function or P&L line in advance and present a recommendation with potential solution scenarios.
- Maintain continuous feedback and communication in the internal and external interactions of their function.

**Qualifications**

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- ** Education**: Finance, Economics, Engineering or Administration.
- ** Interest in areas of**: Finance, Financial Planning, Accounting.
- 3+ years of finance experience.
- Communication skills (multidisciplinary at all levels) - Create an inclusive culture.
- English - advanced level business conversations.
- ** Microsoft Office**: Excel (Level: advanced), Power Point (Level: basic), Power BI (considered a plus).
- Commercial finance knowledge.
- Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers.
- Ability to develop partnerships and to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multiple areas of the organization.
- Able to design and implement strong financial models and scenarios.
- Ability to deliver solid results under high pressure environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Act with integrity and inspire confidence.
