Responsabilidades clave:
1. Supervisión de Garantía de Calidad:
- Garantizar que todos los procesos de fabricación cumplan con los estándares de calidad especificados, los requisitos del cliente y las regulaciones de la industria.
- Revisar las instrucciones de control de calidad, las especificaciones de ensamblaje y los cronogramas de producción para determinar los métodos más efectivos para realizar inspecciones y pruebas.
- Desarrollar y mantener procedimientos de inspección y prueba que se alineen con los estándares de garantía de calidad.
- Monitorear y evaluar el desempeño de los procesos productivos, identificando áreas de mejora e implementando acciones correctivas según sea necesario.
- Implementar y mantener los planes de control y participar activamente en el desarrollo del AMEF
2. Supervisión y Coordinación del Equipo:
- Supervisar y liderar un equipo de inspectores y evaluadores de calidad, brindando orientación, capacitación y apoyo para garantizar un desempeño efectivo.
- Asigne tareas de trabajo, establezca prioridades y mantenga un flujo de trabajo eficiente dentro del equipo de calidad.
- Llevar a cabo reuniones periódicas del equipo para comunicar metas, expectativas y actualizaciones relacionadas con los objetivos de calidad.
3. Análisis de datos e informes:
- Recopilar, analizar e interpretar datos de calidad para identificar tendencias, causas fundamentales de defectos y oportunidades para mejorar los procesos.
- Preparar y presentar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño de la calidad a la gerencia y a las partes interesadas relevantes.
- Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para implementar soluciones basadas en conocimientos basados en datos.
4. Mejora Continua:
- Impulsar una cultura de mejora continua fomentando la innovación, la optimización de procesos y el cumplimiento de las mejores prácticas.
- Implementar iniciativas de mejora de la calidad y realizar un seguimiento de su eficacia a lo largo del tiempo.
- Participar en auditorías e investigaciones de calidad según sea necesario.
5. Comunicación y Colaboración:
- Colaborar estrechamente con producción, ingeniería y otros departamentos para abordar problemas relacionados con la calidad y facilitar la resolución efectiva de problemas.
- Servir como punto de contacto para consultas e inquietudes de los clientes relacionadas con asuntos de calidad.

Educación: Título en Ingeniería o relacionada
Experiência Laboral: 1 año de experiência mínima en Calidad
Habilidades:
- Indispensable: Inglés basico
- Manejo de sistema SAP
- Conocimiento y experiência en procesos de manufactura
- Conocimiento de herramientas APQP
- Problem Solving
- Administración de Proyectos
- Lean Manufacturing
- Conocimiento en IATF 16949
- Control estadistico del Proceso
- Conocimiento de Plan de Control.
- Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo, automotivación, adaptabilidad y actitud positiva.
