Job Description

MGID was founded in 2008. Nowadays we are a global leader in native advertising. We enable our media partners to monetize their audience and help brands to promote their services and goods effectively.

MGID offers a range of integrated solutions that cover every step of the promotion process. We offer services ranging from planning out the marketing strategy to its thoughtful implementation and optimization. Our clients include major international brands as well as media organizations and web agencies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for strategic partnerships development and maintenance, strategy of new clients engagement creation and implementation;
- Responsible for revenue & margin fulfillment for respective LATAM region;
- Responsible for stable margin generation on the targeted by company level within the supervised region;
- Performs effective management of Acquisition Managers LATAM team, plans and supervises the work of the team and takes responsibility for the LATAM result;
- Responsible for building of effective business processes within the team and in the LATAM region.

**Requirements**:
**Primary Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Publisher Acquisition
- Proven track record in building and planning Sales across Latam
- Ability to ideate and lead publisher acquisition strategies specifically for the Latam Market
- Business development experience and a strong network within the publisher industry
- Knowledge of monetization opportunities for publishers
- Leadership skills to guide the team in creating meaningful offers that drive profitable deals
- Collaborative mindset to work closely with the publisher acquisition team and establish lasting and profitable relationships
- Consistent achievement of revenue goals
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to present compelling value propositions to prospects
- Experience in Publishing or advertising technology is desirable
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions
- General sales skills to effectively communicate and close deals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification

**Will be a plus**:
- Experience with AdTech/MarTech, Ad Serving platforms, Publisher alliance, Programmatic monetization.

**Languages proficiency**:
- Fluent English
