The IT Technician is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users for various technology-related issues.

The role primarily focuses on Windows 10, 11 OS and Microsoft 365 user account management. Additionally, you will support printing and scanning, password resets, and endpoint device management. The specialist will handle incoming requests through multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution, and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist users in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues related to Windows operating systems.
- Manage user accounts in Microsoft 365,including account creation, modification, and password resets.
- Configure and troubleshoot printing and scanning devices, resolving any related issues.
- Manage antivirus software and device encryption.
- Utilize endpoint management tools to deploy software updates, patches, and configurations.
- Assist with device management, including provisioning, deployment, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with senior support staff to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and interactions in the ticketing system.
- Provide user training and documentation for commonly encountered issues.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to the role.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience or strong knowledge of Windows operating systems; experience with iOS and macOS is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, including user account management.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing and scanning issues.
- Basic understanding of endpoint management tools and device management principles.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
