**Position Overview**:

- **Schedule**: Monday-Friday, 5 days per week
- **Shift**: Central Standard Time (CST) - Rotating Schedule of Nights/Days
- 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (CST), five days per week (days vary)
- **Employment Type**:

- Subcontractor, 40 hours per week; 1952 Hours per year contract
- **Compensation**:

- $18,000+ pesos per month, based on experience; paid weekly on Fridays via direct deposit.

**Key Responsibilities**: As a Remote Leasing Application Processor with Heirloom Property Management, you'll be responsible for the following:

- **Detail-Oriented Data Entry**: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail in data entry and organization, ensuring all applicant records are maintained accurately.
- **Document Review**: Review applicant documents for accuracy and legitimacy, requesting additional documents as needed.
- **Customer Service Skills**: Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Minimum Requirements**:To be eligible for this role, you must meet the following requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Effective communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
- **Tech Requirements**: Stable and secure internet access, personal computer, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Experience with software like Leadsimple and Appfolio is preferred.
- **Experience**: At least 1 year of relevant experience (preferred).
- **Tech Setup**: Must have and maintain a secure WiFi connection, a working headset, computer, and WiFi-enabled cell phone for work-related communication.
- **Remote Work**: Ability to work remotely while meeting productivity metrics as assigned by a supervisor.

**Physical Requirements**:

- **Remote Workspace**: To excel in this remote role, you must have a dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace within your home. This space should be ergonomically designed to support comfortable and productive work for extended periods.
- **Internet Connection**: You are expected to have a high-speed, reliable internet connection to ensure seamless communication, access to online tools, and the ability to attend virtual meetings without interruptions.
- **Computer Equipment**: You should have access to a modern computer or laptop with up-to-date software and hardware, as well as a functional webcam and microphone for video conferencing.- This position will need to be able to utilize a mouse and keyboard. Having a 2nd monitor is preferred. A tablet will not suffice as proper computer equipment for this role.
- **Mobility**: While the job is fully remote, you should be able to comfortably move around your home workspace and perform tasks on your computer without any physical limitations that could impede your job performance.
- **Sedentary Work**: This is primarily a sedentary job, and you should be able to sit at your computer for extended periods, use a keyboard and mouse, and view a computer screen for a substantial portion of the workday.
