Universal Language Service, Inc. is looking for 3 entry-level **Contractor Scheduler Agents.**This is a long-term contract opportunity with a competitive US-based hourly pay.

**Job Details**
- **MON - FRI and Weekends**:
**6AM - 3PM** PST with an hour lunch break
**1PM - 10PM**PST with an hour lunch break
- Good attention to detail
- Previous CRM Salesforce experience a huge plus
- Heavy customer service experience making outbound calls to interpreters and to requesters
- Previous dispatching experience a plus
- Customer service experience making heavy outbound calls daily.
- Medical scheduling a huge plus

**Minimum Requirements**
- English proficiency
- High School completed
