Our client, a US-Based Immigration Law Firm is seeking a **Sales Agent/ Lead Converter**

As a **Sales Agent/ Lead Converter**, you will be a key member of the internal sales team, and responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding their customer base. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our services to potential clients while providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Lead Converter is expected to be a persuasive communicator, skilled in building relationships, and determined to achieve sales targets, which are conversions. Conversions are when a ‘next step’ is scheduled with a customer, which is an official consultation with a legal representative.
**All leads are hot or warm, and provided daily from website or social media requests. There is no cold-calling, and all conversion goals and targets are attainable But you must be proficient in ‘closing the sale,’ and will be tested for this during the interview process.
The **Sales Agent **position requires you to be a hard worker, to take initiative, and to have attention to detail. You will be responsible to close sales and achieve or exceed assigned quotas and targets. The Sales Lead Converter will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. You will be responsible to provide excellent customer service, address customer inquiries and concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with our products/services. The position requires top performance and exemplary dedication towards the Law Firm’s mission of “changing people’s lives.”
