- Shaping the future:

- Attract the right talent from the market, guaranteeing the selection of suitable personnel for the company in accordance with the area's requirements, in a timely manner, as well as ensuring the proper introduction of the new employee into the plant.
- Perform and ensure compliance with KPIs for Staffing.
- Create a collaborative environment:

- Receive the personnel request, review the requisition for the corresponding authorization and ensure the capacity in HC to be able to raise perf o Promote Bosch as an employer of choice to universities and coordinate academic links.
- Create something new:

- Through different recruitment sources (publication of vacancies on the intranet, website, Head Hunter, online job boards, Universities, Institutes and associations, social networks). o
- Take responsibility:

- Request the necessary documentation for your hiring.
- Coordinate medical examination. Establish an entry date between all parties involved.
- Think holistically: Add the information of the new entrants to the training file so that the onboarding notice can be sent to the new associate.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Labor History: several years in similar industries, recruitment, general knowledge in human resources.
- Languages: English Advanced.
- Personality: Very good communication and coordination skills, result-oriented person. Distinct analytical thinking and problem solving attitude. Willing to work in international teams and within intercultural environment
