**Ingeniero en sistemas computacionales Soporte técnico / Inglés Intermedio avanzado ( entrevista final en inglés)**

- Licenciatura o Ingenieria realccionada con sistemas computacionales, informatica o afin.
- De 3 años de experiência en Adelante en soporte de computadoras de escritorio / portátiles de Microsoft, tecnologías y dispositivos de Apple y conectividad de red.
- Dominio de Office 365, incluida la solución avanzada de problemas.
- Debe comprender y cumplir con las normas, políticas y controles regulatorios y las normas de riesgo de la Compañía de acuerdo con los lineamientos de gestión de riesgos de la compañía.
- Familiarizado con los procesos ITIL e ITSM preferiblemente. Estar familiarizado con los sistemas de administraciion y atencion de tickets orientados en IT.
- Conocimiento de redes Cisco - Nível Intermedio. Conocimiento de servidores - Windows 2016 Server en Adelante, Manejo de Directorio Activo.
- Conocimiento de SSCM Basico Ingles intermedio

- Horario:Lunes a viernes 8:00am a 5:00pm
- Prestasiones de Ley
- Sueldo $23,000 brutos al mes
- Zona laboral: Parque Industrial Server, Arteaga, Coahuila.

Salario: $20,000.00 - $23,000.00 al mes
