**Position: Landscaping Operations Assistant **(Remote)

Our client is a family-owned and operated business offering a white-glove landscape design/construction service. Founded in 2006, we are known for our customer experience, speed and quality, backed by our industry-leading warranties. We aim to provide the best customer experience with the highest quality installs. Our support team is the driving force of our company. It is where customers are served well, and families are cared for.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**
- Take incoming calls and pre-qualify clients
- Schedule meetings and advise clients of service dates
- Provide client follow-up during the warranty period

**Project Administration**
- Provide crews support, such as ensuring accurate entry of timesheets
- Coordinate permits and locates, assist with job costing, update scheduling

**Administrative Support**
- Responsibility for the success of updating & managing company files
- Responsibility for improving internal systems & processes
- Maintain open communication with management and staff
- Other duties as may be assigned

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years' experience in an administrative support role
- Post-secondary diploma/certificate preferred but not a requirement

**Skills**:

- Attention to detail; Able to find mistakes
- Problem solver; Able to find solutions to new problems
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and to manage multiple competing priorities in an efficient and timely way
- Excellent time management discipline
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationship development skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge of business software; Microsoft Office, CRM, etc.
- Proficient use of technology and eager to keep up with new ones
- Motivated professional with a hunger for learning
- Fosters an enthusiastic, creative, "can do" attitude and shares the responsibility for the success of the company in reaching its goals

**Payment**:

- Monthly base salary is $1550 USD
- Payment frequency is bi-monthly (twice a month)

**Schedule**:

- 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CDT
- Full-Time Position - 40 hours a week

Pay: $27,039.27 per month
