Overview:
**Where you will make an impact**
- Schedules and coordinate interviews for the recruiting team and the hiring managers
- Provide an outstanding hiring process support to our internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers and the recruiting team)
- Improve on existing processes for enhanced efficiency, effectiveness and service
- Proactively collaborate with HR Team including Compensation, Business Partners, Benefits, to understand the needs.
- Maintain company records and employee files to ensure compliance
- Work in a fast-paced environment, processing high volume transactions in a timely manner in compliance with established service level agreements (SLAs)
- Understands general/leading HR practices and provide support to HRBPs with tasks like severances, exit interviews, etc.
- Manage or Support other People team projects and tasks as identified

**What you will bring**
- Experience with Microsoft office Suite and Outlook, strong excel skills preferred
- Must be flexible, adaptable, fast-paced, patient and have extraordinary tolerance for last minute change
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing their own work efficiently
- Ability to manage confidential data with a strong sense of integrity, as well as sound judgment, awareness, and business ethics
- Ability to operate strategically and have a hands-on approach
- Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures
- Strong solution mindset customer service orientation, interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- A resilient “can-do” attitude
