**Desarrollador Business Analytics**
Objetivo:
Serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y mantener soluciones de análisis y visualización de datos que permitan a la empresa obtener insights valiosos para la toma de decisiones estratégicas. El rol implica trabajar con grandes volúmenes de datos, diseñar procesos de extracción, transformación y carga (ETL), así como crear dashboards y reportes interactivos utilizando herramientas de BI.
Funciones:
- Extracción y modelado de datos de las diferentes fuentes
- Diseñar, construir y mantener dashboards, reportes y visualizaciones de datos que presenten información clara y accionable para las diferentes áreas de negocio.
- Conocimiento del negocio para la aplicación de reglas
- Toma de requerimiento para proyectos y tareas solicitadas.
- Implementar soluciones de BI que permitan un fácil acceso a los datos clave y faciliten la toma de decisiones basada en datos.
- Precisión y eficiencia en los procesos ETL y generación de reportes.
- Optimización de la infraestructura de BI para mejorar el tiempo de respuesta de consultas y la calidad de los datos.
- Satisfacción de los usuarios finales (stakeholders) con las soluciones de BI desarrolladas.
- Cumplimiento de plazos y calidad en la entrega de proyectos de BI.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Informática, Ingeniería en Sistemas Computacionales, o afín
- Conocimiento avanzado en herramientas de BI como Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.
- Experiência en desarrollo de consultas SQL para bases de datos relacionales (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
- Habilidades en lenguajes de programación como Python o R para análisis de datos o desarrollo de scripts.
- Experiência con herramientas y procesos ETL
- Conocimientos de almacenamiento de datos (data warehouses, data marts) y conceptos de arquitectura de datos.Experiência laboral:
- 3-5 años en puestos similares
