Your responsibilities will include managing business demands, prioritizing local IT & Digital Project Portfolios, managing IT & Digital roadmaps, heatmaps, and IT Strategy. You will also represent IT & Digital in promoting services & capabilities and handle smaller projects & studies.
A successful candidate will have an academic degree or equivalent in IT or a related discipline, along with at least 5 years of experience in a large industry working on IT and as an IT Business Partner. You should possess a general understanding of IT and digital technologies, web development languages, platforms, frameworks, and system integration.
With proven experience in analytics and digitalization projects, such as big data and/or cloud data warehousing, you will be knowledgeable about latest technologies related to IT & Data innovation. Strong analytical skills to understand digital use cases and advice on different technological platforms are essential.
You will lead cross-functional & multi-sites projects in Manufacturing, working in a sophisticated project environment ideally with Agile and Scrum methodology. A mastery of leading change in a wide functional context with good negotiation and influencing skills is required.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience. Our benefits package includes a comprehensive health insurance plan, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
