Human Resources Manager
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes within the organization. This role is essential in developing HR strategies that align with the overall business goals, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, facilitating resolutions and fostering a positive workplace environment.
Implement employee engagement initiatives and conduct surveys to assess employee satisfaction.
Performance Management
Develop and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure employee development and productivity.
Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues.
Training and Development
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
Organize workshops and seminars to promote professional growth.
Compliance and Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
Oversee compensation structures and benefit programs to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
Conduct salary reviews and recommend adjustments as needed.
HR Metrics and Reporting
Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
Monitor trends in employee turnover and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; master’s degree preferred.
- 8 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management to inform decision-making.
- Monitor trends in employee turnover and retention
