Our human resources managers at Harvest Tek de Mexico you can make a big difference in changing and improving the lives of literally thousands of people in Mexico as we recruit workers here in Mexico to work on our farms in Mexico (Harvest Tek de Mex.) and these workers once they learn the skills needed to work in the USA, many are invited to work in the USA in our legal H-2a Visa program

We are seeking a passionate self-motivated experienced human resources manager who can help guide our human resources team so that we legally and fairly carryout our employment Practices here in our Mexico operation

Our Mexico Human Resources dept works very closely with our highly functioning USA HR dept that performs HR in the USA for 6000 employees. OUR Mexico HR professionals learn to be highly functioning and internationally skilled HR Professionals.

We are currently experiencing a growth rate of 30 to 50% per year and volume of work and employees added to our team

HR Manager - Mexico Operations
Job / Position: HR Manager, Mexican Operations
Based in Mexicali, Mexico
Reports to: Executive Leadership Team

**Primary responsibility**:
1. Manage, to achieve excellent execution of HR Department and support to other departments including:
a). Farming b). Harvesting c). Cooling d). Logistics e). Shop f). Trucking g). Administration and Accounting Office h). Food Safety

2. Ability to manage, lead and inspire the team and all employees
3. Hold all team leaders accountable to strict adherence
4. Insure all department leaders are holding their team accountable.
5. Strict adherence to all current processes and SOP's. Evaluate and add other SOP's and ensure compliance.

6. Experience handling STPS, IMSS, Infonavit, Labor Law, Junta de Conciliacion and any other labor related issue.
7. Plans and directs implementation and execution of HR policies and procedures.
8. Participates in recruitment and selection.
9. Evaluates crew attendance and turn over, bonos and salaries.
10. Reviews and give recommendations promotions, performance evaluation, employee benefits, training and terminations.
11. Insure employee development to excellence.
12. Hires and trains subordinate supervisors and other staff and evaluates performance.
13. Determines HR program goals and priorities.
14. Advises and guides subordinate staff in resolving issues and problems,
15. Directs and prepares job descriptions and activities checklist.

Professional at Business Administration, Industrial Engineer focus on HR, or a professional with career on HR experience.
**Minimum 3 years as HR Manager**
