As a **Human Resources Intern **at **Kellogg**. **You will be responsible of Supporting the human resources team in various projects, by identifying opportunities, managing information, documenting processes, and contributing with fresh new ideas of improvement.

In your role as **HR Intern**, you will be part of our success by:
- Supporting Human Resources Processes such as: Talent Acquisition, Learning & development and Engagement
- Improve initiatives
- Contribute with the control and costs of the area
- Be part of the Talent acquisition and recruitment process and consolidate information
- Report and control processes
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in** Human Resources**, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:
Required:
- Student in Administration, Psychology, industrial engineering or related
- Have at least one year of university left
- Advanced English
- Intermediate/advaced Excel
- Strong communication skills and being detail oriented.
- Proactivity and Initiative
- Nimble learning

- Extended working hours may sometimes be required.
