**Objetivo del Puesto**:
Garantizar que el proyecto cumpla las metas anuales definidas en presupuesto, tiempo, alcance y calidad.

**Principales Funciones**:

- Administración y gestión del portafolio del proyecto en AXA Seguros: definición, seguimiento, gestión activa del portafolio y solución de problemas.
- Comunicación al ComEx del estatus del proyecto.
- Mantener actualizada la metodología de gestión del proyecto garantizando una mejora continua en reporting, control y seguimiento.
- Monitoreo del proyecto a través de comunicación y trabajo continuo con los líderes de Proyecto.
- Garantizar el reporting y generación de estadísticas que proporcionen visibilidad del Portafolio al COMEX, Stakeholders, directores de Dominio, equipos Globales y regulatorios.
- Gestión y coordinación de iniciativas con impacto transversal dentro de la VP de Transformación

**Su Perfil**
**Requisitos**:

- Formación Académica: Ingenieria - Licenciatura en sistemas computacionales, etc. concluida.
- Idioma: inglés - Avanzado (Limitativo)
- Tipo y tiempo de experiência: 7 años mínimo en gestión de Portafolio de proyectos y Gestión de presupuesto
- Conocimiento: Conocimiento de metodología de administración de proyectos (Agile, Waterfall)
- Conocimiento en bases de datos.
- Certificación PMI (no obligatoria)
- Herramientas: Microsoft Office (paquetería Office)
