**GENERAL SUMMARY**:
Responsible for all the direct to production area.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage the requisition of personnel starting from the swingings (line balancing) produced by the industrial engineering department.
- Produce and manage the annual holidays, the vacations absences, formations for all manpower directed to production.
- Responsible for the cost of employee salary and travel as needed.
- To carry out the distribution, administrative management and the coordination of the employees for the team of replacement (Pool).
- Responsible for the follow up the budget for the minutes vehicles by team and area.
- Administration of the workplaces in collaboration with the people involved.
- Develop a manpower forecast requirements by week and for the following month.
- Taken the role to communicate and transfer knowledge of minute vehicle to floor supervisor.
- Coordinates personnel during low or NO production periods.
- Upload and update SKU’s in SAP-costing (finance topic).
- Create cost object hierarchy, cost collections and link them to their hierarchy in SAP (finance topic).
- Create and close internal orders (productive and non productive hours in SAP)
- Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Performs activities related to safety.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor Degree
- Bilingual ( English-Spanish) both oral and written desirable.
- Two years in similar position
- Great Team work experience
- Human relation leadership
- Files keeper
- Computers skill
- Good communication ability oral and written
