Conocimientos / habilidades específicas requeridas

Ingles 90%, Conocimiento de ley de ISR, IVA, Contabilidad General, Liderazgo, habilidades técnicas y negocio, trabajo en equipo,

**Responsabilidades**:
Responsable de la contabilidad general de la compañía.

Salvaguardar los activos de la Empresa.

Preparar Reportes e Información Financiera para cierre de Mes y cierre Anual.

Preparación y Manejo estratégico del Presupuesto Anual y Pronóstico Mensual.

Análisis de las principales variaciones contra el Forecast e implementación de acciones correctivas.

Realizar análisis de los resultados de la operación para hacer recomendaciones para incrementar la eficiencia y reducir los costos y gastos.

Preparar Indicadores, Factura de Maquila, entre otros requerimientos mensuales para Dirección de Planta y Corporativo.

Trato directo con consultoría Fiscal y Auditoría Externa e Interna.

Cumplir con las políticas, procedimientos estándar y reglas, así como participar en el desarrollo e implementación de nuevas políticas y procedimientos.

Responsable de hacer los trámites bancarios, tales como pedidos de chequeras, transferencias bancarias para nómina y fondo de ahorro, reimpresión de estados de cuenta, aclaraciones por cargos no reconocidos, así como las conciliaciones bancarias correspondientes.
