**Position Operator I/Operador I**
**Report to Supervisor de Producción**
**Descripción General**:
**Es responsable de realizar las operaciones de ensamble, pruebas, empaques, envíos a almacén, así como reportes de control de proceso o producción, requeridos para lograr las metas de producción.**
**Deberes y Responsabilidades**:
- Responsable del seguimiento de reglas y procedimientos de Seguridad e Higiene. Comunicar cualquier acto o condición insegura a su Supervisor inmediato.
- Realizar las operaciones de acuerdo a instructivos, ayudas visuales o procedimientos que apliquen.
- Asegurar que los productos ensamblados o manufacturados cumplan con las especificaciones o requerimientos de Calidad. Seguir los procedimientos de TL9000 aplicables.
- Cumplir con los estándares de producción que apliquen.
- Para operadores con experiência ayudar en el entrenamiento de personal de acuerdo a los procedimientos aplicables.
- Responsable de mantener orden y limpieza en su área de trabajo, de acuerdo al programa de 5S+1 (Seguridad más 5 S de orden y limpieza).
- Preparar reportes requeridos de producción, de control de proceso, etc.
- Participar en actividades de TEOA Excelencia Operativa.
- Este puesto/función debe ser responsable de entender y seguir los requerimientos del sistema de administración de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, su Política, los estándares y procedimientos aplicables.
**Educación**:Preferentemente Secundaria
**Experiência**:1 año mínimo en el puesto similar (preferentemente)
**Habilidades**:
- Comunicación: Habilidad para comunicarse abiertamente con compañeros y su supervisor inmediato.
- Idioma extranjero: No aplica.
- Oficina: No aplica
- Técnicas: Conocimientos de las operaciones de manufactura de su área (preferentemente)
- Físicas: Visión y fuerza de acuerdo a la operación que realice.
